How To Set Resolution In Windowed Mode On High DPI Screens

Hey! So I was wandering if it was possible to set a certain resolution while in windowed mode, because since I have a Surface its high dpi resolution makes the text ingame really small, and I know I can change resolution while in fullscreen but I would really like to set a resolution while in windowed mode instead of the resolution automatically changing to my computer native resolution.
