Torches enable plant growth

Noticed this little oddity while doing some testing.

A completely enclosed and walled room can have plants grown within it thanks to a torch or two.

I can see why this is the case from a mechanical perspective but it certainly doesn't make a lot of logical sense.

Makes the grow lamp less valuable too.
