The Deserters - A rimworld story

Hello fellow colonists(or natives)!

I've bought this gem of a game a long time ago and I've followed the development religiously. It's been one of those games that I always fell back too after playing something else and as a dwarf fortress fan it has filled that hole that I thought no game would be able to fill. It's an amazing game and even though I wanted to make videos of it I never felt that I could do it justice.

But some weeks ago I started a new series about my last colony and the hardships it went trough. I didn't do a let's play or play trough, I edited
it all down into a smaller story which I in my opinion worked better with the game. I think that most of us enjoy reading the stories of others colonies, at least I do, and the videos reflect that by trying to imitate a story but with a video in the background.

The plan is to make 10 episodes, I already have the video material recorded for it and I try to edit them as fast as I can. Each episode does however take a few hours too make so it's been quite a project so far!

Now I've been mostly lurking around on reddit and my initial thought was to share the videos there. I asked the mods and they directed me to these forums instead. So here I sit, writing this overly long message when you clearly only wanted to see the videos. Why else would you click this link.
