Hi,
I'm having problems with mu stonecutters bench not being able to add any bills. It was working well for sometime then after a reload I can't create any blocks.
Is any one else having any problems with it too? (I'm on the latest version btw).

Thanks

A few other users have reported having a usability issue with the stonecutter's table. Here is the bug thread where it was discussed:-
https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=21620.0

Unfortunately, as of yet nobody has posted a save game file demonstrating this problem, and the information provided to date hasn't really been informative enough to understand what the problem is, since mostly the reports just say something like "clicking add bill does nothing", which really isn't a lot to go on from a diagnosis perspective. So without a save file (at least) it's hard (if not impossible) to know what the problem is, or offer any sort of real help I'm afraid. Although one thing that needs to be asked is if you are using any mods? and if so which ones? and have you checked to make sure they are compatible with the latest version of RiwWorld (which you said you are running).

From the posts in the linked thread, it seems Tynan was sent a save file by email, and was able to address the problem one user was having via email. But for obvious reasons I have no access to that save file, nor have any idea of the nature of the emails. All I have to go on is the message Tynan posted on the above linked thread regarding this issue.

It's just usability, as resolved over email. You have to click "make stone blocks" in the popup menu that appears.
As such I have no idea if this user's issue was the same one you are having, or something completely different.

So if you can attach a save game file where you are experiencing this problem then that would be a HUGE help, as then it can be established if this is a genuine issue, or a user/usability issue, or something else (one user suggests that their screen resolution might be causing the problem. But I have no idea how accurate that is). If you compress the save file using 7zip or WinRAR (or like utility), then you might be able to attach it to a post (600kb limit). Failing that you can use a cloud storage service like Dropbox or GoogleDrive, or a file sharing website such as Zippyshare or Mega if that option is preferable to host the file and then post the download link.

My apologies. It was a usability issue. I either didn't see the 'make stone blocks' tab or didn't realize it was clickable. :(

No worries. Glad to hear you figured out the problem, and I really appreciate you posting again with an update. I will close this thread now as the issue has been resolved.

Happy RimWorlding :)
