I have been playing around with the dev console, and have used the destroy all button. I then added one colonist, and hit play.

I get this message:

Given that I have a colonist left, does anyone know what has been triggered to generate the message?

Thanks in advance :)

You destroyed all, which means: everything is dead in that moment: -> message triggered.

Doesn't matter if you add a colonist AFTER that you "destroyed all".

Ahhhh I see. That makes sense, wasn't sure how the trigger worked

Cheers :)

There's a bit of a 'bug' with this message and the Crash Landing mod that I've seen several times.  Example:  New colony on hard mode (colonists land injured).  One colonist is dead, one is missing a leg and the third is injured but able to walk but has cryptosleep sickness.  Walker picks up the downed colonist and takes a few steps toward the nearby sleeping spots.  When the walker stops to vomit while holding the only other living colonist the message pops up.  It doesn't impact the game continuing really but the colony will never get the trigger to be named and must be further known as Colony5.
