[A16] Non-violent NPC appears as raider

This is the pirate that attacked a couple of my colonists. As you can see, she's non-violent. Should this be happening? I saw that in this https://ludeon.com/forums/index.php?topic=2057.msg19124#msg19124 topic, someone had encountered a similar semantic bug in 2014, and it was said the bug was being looked into. Will this be fixed in the next alpha? Is there anything other information I can provide for you?

First, would you please confirm that you are currently running RimWorld A16?

If this is confirmed to be in A16, I suggest that it may be a good idea to reopen the applicable Mantis report again, or that this be included next to the incompatible backstories.

Thanks for reporting, it looks like a bug. All raiders should be capable of violence. Do you remember on what occassion this pawn entered the map? Was it a normal raid, siege, or something else?

I believe it was a regular raid, with a single pawn. Very early game. I don't think it should matter, but I was playing Cassandra Classic on 'Some challenge'-difficulty. I was indeed playing a modded game of A16, though this was a vanilla raid.
