I start the game with edb prepare carefully so i pretty much start with the same 5 guys everytime.

Everytime i start a new game having to set manual priorities is starting to get kind of boring and repetitive.

Anyway to avoid this?

That seems like something that gets stored in the save game file. If you use the same start group then it might be possible to simply copy/paste a section from an old save game to a new save game.

Worksettings are part of the Pawn's Personal Statistics in the savegame.
So if you use always the same pawns,
you could copy them from a save where you applied your settings and insert them in every new game you start ..
on the other hand ..
setting them again sounds alot faster than saving, copy and pasting and reloading ..

on the third hand ..
a mod that could export and import pawn stats sounds possible, but also like a big backdoor for savegame cheating ..
( you know .. every little thing is stored as plain text .. just saying )
Maxim 1   : Pillage, then burn
Maxim 37 : There is no overkill. There is only open fire and reload.
Rule 34 of Rimworld :There is a mod for that.
