First of all, I apologize for my bad English; I will try to explain the best thing possible despite not mastering this language to perfection.

I honestly do not know if this is a kind of bug or something that I am going unnoticed, but when trying to trade in the faction that can be seen in the image http://prntscr.com/fqm87o I can not do it; I click on that button and nothing happens. I have verified that I have objects to trade and even silver. I have tried with going to my surroundings and it does not work either.

Is it a game bug or something else should I do?
