Need Help...

Been playing this game for ages, however, i am getting hung up on something.

How to mod - Because i understand .xml files and dll files can be editted.

I just can not understand what program is used to edit them or make your own. I have found no mention of any program used to code the files, unless it is the artwork.

What program do i use to code the files?

I have Sublime Text 2 - can i use this?

And can you edit the .cs files? If so, what program can i use for it?

And yes, i am new to coding, and i learn quick once i know what tools to use

Visual studio express is free program for c# and notepad++ or sublime is for xml, also download ILspy to make quick peek on assmebly files
