Reload mod list option/mods load-out options.

So, as the number of mods increases for the game, many players desire different sets of mods and create different load-outs of mods to change the gameplay up.  Maybe one time they want to play a heavy tribe moded game, another time maybe mid-evil moded game... and they do this using a combination of mods (or a mod pack as most people call them).  People post mod pack list all of the time in the various communities centered on RimWorld...

Here is an example of a situation that happened to me today:  I play with a particular set of mods on a colony.  I decided to make a youtube video with a completely vanilla installation and unload all of my mods.  I now want to reload the mods list of my primary colony.  Well... this is difficult.  When I go to load my colony, the game tells me what mods the colony save used and what order they were in when last saved... but I have no option to tell the game "Hey, can you reload these mods in the saved order and restart the game?"  Just one button that does this would make life way easier for people who play heavily modded games and who like to change things up!

But.. what if we take it a step further and modify the mods menu to support mod packs!  Imagin being able to setup a mods load-out than saving it in a configuration list, similar to how colony start scenarios are now!  You could even upload these mod pack scenarios to Steam and then have Steam automatically subscribe to the mods in that list for automatic download and installation!  Wouldn't these two changes make playing with mods so much easier and sharing mod packs a brease?  I hope people like this idea, because I think most of these ideas could be implemented rather easily.
