Caravan 2 day limit

Hi.
When your caravan reach a spot, there is a 2 day limit before leaving. Point is... ?

I can settle there, but then, I think it is a bug, game stops every 2 sec for 2 sec. Then continues like that.
Tried restarting, reloading... nothing. When time flows, there is no slowdown. But every 2 sec there is a pause.

What's your suggestion exactly? Reduce lag? Ludeon developers try their best to make this game as least laggy as possible.

To either remove 2 day limit (why not stay as long as I like), or to see what are these 2 sec pause.
