Signature weapons (Legendary+ quality)

Have certain weapons and armor obtained from some faction leaders, relics, or very difficult quests have "Signature" quality. These items would have the same basic stats as legendary weapons, however each one would get its own unique attribute. (Should be uncraftable no matter what because that would be lame)

E.g. a revolver that shoots two bullets in one burst, a sniper that can set people on fire, a knife that inflicts poison, incendiary launcher with doubled range, etc.

Also have would be cool if they had their own names and artwork on them that was related to their original owner.
