[Mod Request] make global mood penalty become local mood penalty

sell prisoner, harvest organ, prisoner killed will give mood penalty
but butchering humanoid doesnt, only give penalty on local map
is there a mod that make it only affect local map only?
so my pawn can make prison caMP where all can happened but wont bother main camp
