Weird Steam Workshop Upload Failure

So, I was trying to upload a mod I just finished to the steam workshop, I double checked already that the preview image is right resolution and file size, my About.xml is correct and everything, and hwen I try to upload it, I get this problem:

Workshop: OnItemSubmitted failure. Result: Fail

With no other mods loaded, no other errors in log or anything, I keep on getting this upload failure which isn't particularly helpful as far as I can tell, and google hasn't really been helpful....
