Factions Finding out you harvest organs

I want to start by saying I'm not a programmer, I have no idea how hard this will be to put in place. Here it goes I was raided by a group of pirates now this is a normal thing during the course of the raid one of my colony members lost her lung and another his kidney. I caught one of the pirates and checked her health she lost her leg and arm, So i decide to harvest her Lung and Kidney after putting her to sleep. I noticed that I got a message from the faction their -80 option went to -96 something like that after all was said and done.

My suggestion is that Factions that already hate shouldn't have their option changed when harvesting organs from captured pawns that raid your settlement. They should know that the people the send most likely will die and write them off  as losses.

That is all I'm suggesting if it breaks the game I'm  sorry saw that last night and thought I should say something about it.

That's not necessarily true.  Humans have had a concept of ethical treatment of prisoners for ages.

Sending soldiers to fight an enemy, and those soldiers dying is not as bad as sending soldiers to fight an enemy, and those soldiers getting captured and tortured.

Additionally, the distance from -100 to 0 faction relations is the progress towards not being a hated enemy of the faction.  harvesting body parts from their people should certainly undo some of that progress.

Lastly, if you're trying to (eventually) befriend them, why are you butchering their still-living faction members?  If you're fine being enemies with them, then their level of hate is pretty irrelevant.

The only beef I have with it is HOW they find out about it.  I'm not sure if the hospitality mod or vanilla is the one that gives a -20 if no members of a visiting faction group survive to leave the map, but that seems to imply that if no one returned, the governing faction doesn't know what happened to them, and therefore what happens to them after that should cause no further penalty (though i'd love to see the next visiting group see that their faction member is now a member of your faction, or a prisoner, and turn that faction hostile!)

If a Visitor passing though see their old tribe or pirate mate as a colonist being treated better maybe you should be given a small increase or if they see them as a prisoner a decrease to your standing with the faction.

Vanilla (at least on the unstable branch) gives you a bonus for people leaving the map healthy.
