Is there a way to stack capacity/stat modifiers?

I'd like to be able to change the Breathing stat percentage every time X thing is consumed. As far as I'm aware, Rimworld only offers the ability to offset a stat without them stacking so consuming 10 of X would still only have the effects of 1 of X.

Is there a workaround for this? Or something that I'm missing?

I believe you can set different modifiers at different hediff severities (e.g. you might have +10% breathing at 10% severity, 20% at 20, etc) and set the consumable to apply a severity of less than 100% (e.g. 10%).

Check drugs defs on core mod.

I can't pin point what to do... though...
