Crafting belt

This idea comes from the mod made by an admin time ago, which is adding tool belts. The idea is to add a tool belt that either increases global working speed OR just crafting, mining and construction speed.
I say these three only cause a global speed buff might be too OP and also I dont see that it makes sense in cooking using a tool belt, but thats up to you... I like that gameplay items have a justification, but sometimes its just not possible.

A second type of belt that would make sense for gameplay would be one that increases walking speed by a bit, tho in this case I wouldnt know how to justify it with a real world counterpart.
