New patch balance

I'm currently enjoying the new patch and I have a couple balance sugestions
1) the new starting mode where you start with 1 pawn and nothing at all is super fun, but I feel like it should be done with a tribal pawn as playing tribal is more challanging and this start is ment to be the hardest start possible. also it would be more fun to play with a tribal.
2)mission rewards are way too insane. So here I'm sitting with my lone naked guy, trying to survive with most basic staff at day 10 or smng and the game thows a mission whith a catch that has masterwork plasma rifle with nobody defending + some other nice staff. or a mission to kill a base consisting of 1 dude+turret to get masterwork ranger armor and so on. rewards are way too good and break the game.
