Mod Portal and ingame integration like in Factorio

They have a dedicated web-site, where mods can be searched (optionally filtered by game version and mod category) and downloaded. But they also have an ingame dialog wich uses that site to search and download/install/update mods matching the current game version.
Would like to have that in RimWorld too.
