Edge scrolling in 1.0?

Hello. Yesterday I was trying out latest stable version on my Windows tablet. I am using virtual mouse software and I could get scrolling to work, but had numerous issues. Maybe I should chek it later with real mouse, just to be sure. Maybe this should be in "bugs" section. Anybody knows some workarounds?

• Edge scrolling mostly works as long as I am in a fullscreen mode.
• Bottom scrolling won't work at all.
• Left scrolling won't work if colonist info window is opened on the left edge of the screen.

I remember playing that way just fine in A16. ^^'
