it'd be a great use of Animal Husbandry, if it gets added, plus you could use them to haul materials across the map

Would also be cool in the sense that it would mean making the decision, do you kill the muffalo for meat or do you keep it so you can ride it.

Would perhaps provide some protection/offense in combat too!

This is such a cool idea. Maybe the Muffalo and rider could share the same health pool, which would make them quite potent on the battlefield.
