[1.1.2647] Trading option disapears

Hello, rimworld community!
I experience a bug.
I was caravaning and traded on my way with different factions. At one point i was heading to a friendly faction (+15 purple) and had 3 options "trade, attack, visit". After i arrived with the option "trade" I could only give gifts and no real trade was possible. After cancelling this rigged trade there was no option to trade anymore, but only to attack. Same happened with other cities from the same faction.
