Does it cover legit owner asking another player for old version of the game?

I am trying to get 1.0.2282, Bought directly from the site in 2018, and steam just have latest 1.0
Never thought I would want to stick to old version so I never kept the zip file sadly.

By law, at least, that's actually directly legal (in the US) but I don't remember what RW's EULA had to say, if there was anything relevant.
