Rimworld modlist in shambles, Steam is broken? Need some help!

Okay, so, I'll try to keep this short because I don't even understand what's happened. I booted up Rimworld today and went to go play on my Tribal save when I got a HUGE list of errors before Rim crashed. So I open Rim back up, go into Mods, and - for some reason - over half of my modlist is missing, like Steam went in and ubsubbed me from a bunch of random mods, everything is out of order, and - to top it all off - Steam won't redownload any of the mods I need!

I've restarted Steam 4 times, restarted my PC twice, verified files twice, nothing is working. Can't really find anything helpful on Google that I haven't already done.
Anyone know what's going on?

Maybe it was a steam problem? I say this cause I had this problem yesterday with another game. With Shogun 2, I got unsubscribed from 2 mods, for some reason
