[1.3.3069] Cannot complete "Hidden Installation Examination"

There's an ERR: [Asker_nameDef]... etc. Basically a lot of placeholder text.

I was able to actually start the quest and go to the hidden temple and hack all the terminals. Then I flew back in the shuttle. However, the quest does not seem to be complete still so now I can't complete the relic quest period.
