[1.3.3080] Psyfocus Ritual Misleading Text

When reporting a bug, please include:

1. What the circumstances were.
When performing a ritual where psyfocus is recharged, the text of the ritual is misleading as to the result.

2. What happened.
Psyfocus is refilled to the pawn's desired level.
3. What you expected to happen.
Psyfocus to be filled to 100%, per the text stating it is charged to full.
4. Steps we can follow to make the bug appear on our machine. This part is important! We need a set of steps which we can follow to get the same results you're seeing. Ideally you'll test these steps to make sure they work from scratch.
Perform any psyfocus charging ritual with pawns set at various Psyfocus desires, and achieve a result which allows them to be recharged.

Thanks for the bug report!  I have reproduced this in 1.3.3117.  I'll get a report in to the devs to fix this issue.
