Hello, I am considering buying this game and my question is: would it be possible to pay with Bitcoin? Why paying PayPal fees when you can avoid that? :D
I almost always use bitcoins to buy games since Humble Bundle began accepting them some time ago.

I hadn't realized that was a valid form of currency...
What's the ratio from Bitcoin to $USD ?

Well, strictly speaking, everything is a 'valid currency' as long as you and your counterpart agree in using it as such! :p
Bitcoin is beginning to be quite widespread at the moment, many large shops are starting to adopt it. As I said, I usually buy games on Humble Bundle with it.

The exchange ratio USD/Bitcoin at the moment is around 475$.
I have to say that I rarely exchange bitcoins myself but I earn them at my work and I spend them directly. The fees are so low that bitcoins are just too convenient to use for remote transactions.
The fact the every transaction can be as descreet as you want is a plus.

Ah fair point, Well good luck with that. It all comes down to whether Tynan will accept it.

Rather entrepreneurial of you though, with the whole bitcoins thing.
