I would like my money back for this game and all expansions.

I have owned this game a few years now. Recently, I've had extremely bad experience with tech support from this company. And have had multiple issues with updating.

My game is still on 1.5.4104. There is no way to update it to the latest version. After seeking help on the internet, trying everything, the consensus was that it was an issue on the developer end. And affecting multiple users who have still not properly updated. I am not the only one experiencing this.

I had already messaged tech support about it using the email address on the website. I have not received any response at all in two days. I have tried to reach out to Twitter, Discord, with no response. I have gone way above and beyond what anybody should to resolve this. When this should not have happened in the first place.

Users purchase games in good faith. I bought Anomaly a few days ago after not playing since before 1.5. But when I launch my game, I get an error saying that it is not the latest version. I would be fine if devs could at least give a reasonable explanation for this. Yet I have gotten no response or any information after many attempts in multiple places. And now I have signed up to this forum to deal with this.

I paid full price with no sale for the same product others have. Yet not getting proper updates like others. This isn't the first time this issue occurred. There was one during 1.4 that had problems, but got resolved after not too long. But again, this is to the point of negligence/neglect. I would rather just have my money back than to have to deal with all this. And be mistreated with negligence as if an invaluable customer. While others are getting treated as if more valuable. When I paid full price for everything. It has been 3 days since I purchased Anomaly. I still have not gotten the update that was released before Anomaly. Why did it not updated for many users? Why is it sill not updated?
