gamebreaking graphic bug

Well... this just happened. And it's the second or third time, usually happens after 2-3 years.

It just happens suddenly, this time it happened after i attacked a crashed alien ship. When I click esc to see the menu, the colours and everything goes back to normal but clicking esc again to return to the game the colours mess up again. It's a extremely vivid colours.

Reloaded a savefile that this has happened too results in a different gamebreaking graphic bug where it's mostly black.

It could be mod related. I currently run EDB Interface, EDB prepare carefully, Superior crafting, Project Armory+Realistic Weapons

Just wondering if this is a known bug or if anyone has experienced something similar? I hate when it happens because it basically means all the time spent on that colony is essentially wasted :/

Woah, am I correct in reading that this bug was filed during Alpha 2 playtest?
I like how this game can result in quotes that would be quite unnerving when said in public, out of context. - Myself

Sorry for reporting a bug that was already known. But there's currently not a known fix for this? It seems like all my saves I spend time on eventually ends up being unplayable.

It says something about windowed mode, but I can't find windowed mode in any options?

don't worry about posting a known bug, just wanted to let you know that tynan is aware of it and eventually, there will be a fix.

As for a fix, it seems that the errors occur most if you are playing windowed or if you tab out of your game a lot. As annoying as it is, you might want to save and exit out of it if you need to do something else. Should avoid the problem, if it is the same one.

Oh I see. I will think about that in the future.

Kind of sucks that reloading a game that this has happened in results in the same bug and it seems to be permanent. But it's not the biggest loss in the world, I'll make a new one when alpha 7 is relased  ;D
