questions about wealth

I know that wealth affects how many raiders will attack, but im wondering if it also affects the amount of traders and visitors that pass by also.

The amount of traders in unaffected, though since Alpha 7 they have increased in number. Raiders and attacks has a much slower increase in this build (I play on challenging and am never swamped). I think there is more emphasis on population rather than wealth of good in Alpha 7 because I used EdB's mod to have 4 cannibals and only recruited other cannibals. 6 months in I had 5 colonists and the attacks had increased in number but much slower.
