Should Ground-Penetrating Scanner ID Metal Types?

Currently, the Ground-Penetrating Scanner only shows where there's underground metals; it doesn't show what type of metal each patch is. Consequently, you won't know what metal is in each patch until you build a Deep Drill over it. Do you think the Ground-Penetrating Scanner should be changed to show the type of metal as well?

Well, it needs to be a little more easy to spot than now at least. It feels ridiculous to go around building 20 random deep drillers around the map.
