Hey guys,

Big fan of the game. Been playing a shit ton. Anyways, though I'm still figuring things out, for some reason, I can't get my colonists to plant in the hydroponic basins. I tried everything from rewiring things, though they all have power. I even testing it out on one of my colonists and making him just the only grower. He just goes idle.

I know they prioritize the normal grow areas but I even tried deleting them all to see if they would plant and they wouldn't.

Any help?

What's the temperature in the room with the hydroponics?  Make sure its a room with a roof, and the temperature is well above freezing.

Is the issue that the plants arent growing or not beeing planted?

If the issue is planting it could be a pathing, room temp, power issue or just a plain bug.

Thanks guys, but I guess there was a hot fix that I missed that fixed this. Thanks for the help though...

I know he said his problem was fixed, but for anyone else..

1. need to have a good growing temp
2. need a path available to reach the length of each growing "planter"
3. They need to be powered.
