I'm about a year in and I have not been attack with a guy with molotov cocktails and can never see them from arms dealers so was wondering if they got removed or something?

They tend to sell melee weapons and a few guns more often, I don't remember if they sell grenades or not. It's likely that they do, though.

I've seen EMP nades so they do carry some at least, but they seem rare.

For anyone wondering I've had 2 grenadiers, that were loot-able, who had cocktails.
