Assign Colonist to workshop

A way to assign a colonist to a workshop such that only the assigned colonist can use the said workshop.

This would allow that sculptors workshop with a bill to sculpt silver/gold stuff to only allow my 19 skill artist to use.  This goes for tailoring, cooking, smithing, etc....
