problem with downloading mods

Hello people,

I have something weird going on here.   usualy If I wanne start downloading a link, I just have to click it and it will start downloading the thing.  These mod here on the forum don't.   When I click on the link nothing happens.  No reaction no pop up nothing.  Anyone got a clue what is going on?

Are pop-ups blocked? Are you checking for other windows appearing? If the answers are: one - no and two - yes, then I have no clue...
