Allow any character to haul or clean

So in a previous run with Rimworld I ran across a raider that somehow was an assassin but could only act as a guard and walk around because he was dumb on everything except shooting and melee all i ask is a change so that even if manually dumb or what ever it may be he or she can still clean and haul things.

It's not saying that they are "Manually dumb," it's that "Manual, Dumb" labor is something they either can not or (in this case,) will not do.

Nobles and Assassins won't do manual labor because it's beneath them.
