if i was crashed on a planet and i had the technology for solar panels and auto turrets i would also defenitly make a roomba to make sure i would never have to clean again.

It could clean the home zone.

There (sorta) is that already out there.  In the Clutter Mod (if I remember right), there's a trash can that comes with a cleaning droid/area clean pulse.  When powered, it pulses every once in a while and cleans up dirt and other debris.

i saw it, it is a nice start but the cleaning radius is so small that i will have to put them literaly everywhere in my base.

Yeah, the only problem is how to power something like that. Maybe require uranium and have it roam the home zone?

I love the trashcan, it's the best thing ever for keeping my kitchen/dining areas clean, but keeping one in every room, several in big rooms, isn't practical for space and power reasons.

Yeah i get what you mean, the trash can is great but impractical for your entire base.

The roomba could work on uranium or have a charging station and roam the home zone, cleaning everything.

Im debating reviving my personal drones mod it had a roomba and a quadcopter in it (for hauling) I never released it as it was buggy as hell but the pawn code has come on a bit since then....I dont think its come on enough really...but could be worth a poke. No promises.
