can someone help me and tall me how to stop "high expectations" mood thank you

Be poor. When your colony is very poor, as it often is when you start out, you'll have low expectations. When you exceed a certain amount of colony wealth, I think around 200k combined building and item worth, you'll get high expectations. Basically, the only way to combat it is to toss a molotov on an expensive stockpile.

EscapeZeppelin

It means you have lots of wealth and your colonists expect to have a standard of living that reflects that. Either become poor as Onjec suggested or upgrade you living situation with better floors, furniture, and art.

Heads up the change-log has shown he is re-balancing it, so don't worry next alpha it will be easier to take care of.

For now, if you really don't like it, there's going into the core mod, and down to the thoughtdefs, I think... and lowering the debuff to something more suitable for you.

Construct awesome pretty things (sculptures) to offset it.

be poor makes them in a good mood and be rich not? hmm.. sense?

Dr. Z

If they have a poor colony they're happy to be alive and don't complain that much wich is reflected in higher mood. If they are rich they become arrogant and need more luxuries like sculptures to have the same mood, wich is expressed as a mood debuff.
