[Mod request] Suppression, Fog of War, and Hostile Camps

I think those two things can really help with adding more tactical option in the game. 

1. Suppression.  Every bullet that lands near someone creates a suppression effect, so maybe each pawn has a suppression meter based on their mood, and when a bullet goes pass a 1 square bubble around the pawn, you gain 1 suppression point.   When the meter is full (3 or 4 points), the pawn's aiming time gets reset. 

2. Fog of War.  Since there is already a line-of-sight mechanic in the game, would it be possible to create a fog of war mechanic instead of the all-seeing god's eye view right now.  Suddenly going out to try to get that cargo drop becomes a planned out "search and rescue" operation.

3. Hostile Camps.  Instead of only having the enemy attack you, would it be possible to create small enemy camps, basically like the siege camps, except there isn't a timer for them to attack you.  It is just a NPC camp that is there doing its own thing.  Maybe some sort of hunting/scavenging party.
