Can we edit Backgrounds and Body type?

I just wondered if there's a way we can make our own custom backgrounds and how I could do that. I believe I saw a post in EdB's Prepare Carefully mod a few alphas ago saying that body type is determined by the background of a character, so is there a way to edit backgrounds and body type?

Well, for backgrounds... There's a paid option if you want to have your custom background in the game, so I don't think an 'edit background' function is fair for Tynan and the others who have paid for the privilege.

The paid version makes your backstories and characters in the default game for everyone who ever gets it, while the other option, if someone made a mod to allow for it, only lets the people who download the mod see it, much less if you can only create your own on your own client.
