mod request planning ... enhancement

can someone do a simple mod to add some sort of color or brightness to the planning stage , sometimes its just hard to see .

There's a mod out there that adds in a second planning feature, this feature has nothing different from the original other than it's red. I cannot remember the name of said mod though.
