I guess the UI has evolved/is evolving over the development process but below are a couple of items that could improve consistency and user experience.
1. Research. The button on screen should be removed and the options selected through a Bills option like other production desks. This could allow for sequencing of research topics, suspending and all the other Bill goodness. Removing Research would allow more vertical space on the right side (see next suggestion) and would then make it logical to have Menu and Overview as horizontal buttons (smaller would be good too).
2. Pawn Icons on screen. There is a mod that addresses this but I don't like it's use of the top of the screen and it's rendering of the icons. Perhaps a list (scrolling if necessary) of Pawns on the right side of the screen with their short names (names on the left of the icon). This would be used as a quick click to access them but you could also include a health bar.
3. Cycling Pre/Next Pawn on the Pawn Information box. Again there may be an extension already offering this, or maybe I saw it in an earlier release?. However, when you are reviewing your Pawns it would be good to be able to get the information you need on screen then just move to the next Pawn.
4. Follow Pawn. This might be a bit more challenging? But sometimes figuring out what a Pawn is up to requires you to follow them. Would be good to select a Pawn then hot key (maybe F) to switch to a follow mode where they are centred on the screen as they move around.

1. Dunno, wouldn't be the same as bills. There's a lot of information for the projects too in the tab, where would it go in bills?
