Colony Suggestion!

*I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM OF MULTIPLAYER* Now that thats out of the way, I think that it would be a wonderful idea if you were to include in the next patch the ability to create a colony in the *same* plot or square of land as an AI. This would be really cool and i think it would loosen up your options when starting a colony. I believe that if you were to do such a thing, you should make them have a huge city of sorts and lots of traders! And maybe even a relationship kind of status with certain traders, and also a way to do contract work of sorts. I think that this would never happen, because of how immensly hard (probably) that would be to code. But nevertheless, you miss 100% of the shots you dont take, which is the exact reason I am posting this. I think this would be absolutely amazing to have in the game, but give me feedback about it please, as I've only dreamed, I cannot imagine how easy or hard it would be to code or how that would even play out if you were to spawn with a hostile AI. pshhh don't worry about pretending to know just how hard it is to code as i do it all the time and no one's called me out yet!!

on the topic of your suggestion, sounds pretty cool but could you specify if you mean having the city be a PART of the map, because if you do. Then that would make actually playing hard because they would have used up resources on the map and taken up a lot of space making it pretty hard to do stuff. But if you meant like, being on the outskirts of the city, possibly having one side of the map be a wall representing the edge of the city, then that sounds pretty great!. I also like the whole extra traders part, kind of making up for reduced resources by having lots of trade and possibly lower prices. Pretty cool overall
