Domesticated animals should prefer fresh wild grass over harvested hay

This is mostly a QoL improvement so I don't have to micromanage farm animals' access to hay according to season and still be able to build up a sufficient supply for winter.

Why not just assign them all to a animal area and have a dedicated hay stockpile? In winter, just expand access to it.
