Temperate Forest with hills is about the least stressful environment there is. Try a jungle/desert/tundra biome and see how it goes.

Me too, I don't like deserts and tundras because its boring, no resources to gather, all you do is mine a base or something.

Then if your not opposed to mods, there is a mod that adds 3 new story tellers. One of them should be at least a challenge.
