Bill/Workstation Priroties

I find that I can't manually select which bills should be completed with the highest priorities between work stations. While the current queue system works for bills on the same station, they do not carry over, and there seems to be an arbitrary system deciding when your colonists due which bills on different stations.

A common example is that I would like my cooks to butcher meat almost always before cooking meals so that fine meals can be made when available, however I almost always have to order them to manually due it because I have a simple meal bill set to be done forever.

Along with that say I have a stone cutting bench and a slag furnace working on stone and chunks respectively. The stone cutting bench seems to get priority despite that I normaly want stone cutting to be busy work while metal production is useful. Currently I have to heavily micro this by suspending the stone cutting bill to get metal produced. I'm thinking a system  that works similar to the storage priority systems, with a few levels that can be flagged to bills to dedicate how important they are, or maybe to just crafting stations as a whole.
