Hover-Over Text is blurry

Just updated to A14. The new tooltip text when you hold the mouse over something is kind of blurry for me. Nothing else is, just that but its really hurting my eyes.

The option text on a right click is also blurry actually. How can I fix this? It's not... sharp.
