A14 Tribals Chronological Less Than Biological

When I used the tribal scenario all of my tribals (colonists) had a year less than biological in chronological. Example: Biological 48, Chronological 47. Other tribals that entered the map had the same problem. I would assume that chronological cannot be lower than biological, so not sure whats up. I was playing with mods at the time of discovery however once i removed the mods the problem remained. Anyone know a fix/having the same problem?
