[v.0.14.1241] Possible Bug (or WAD) re: Time between recruitment attempts.

In A12d, the time between recruitment attempts was ~8 hours. I know that the game time is measured in ticks, but I do not know how many ticks is (or was) the equivalent of 8 hours in A12d. But lets call this X ticks.

In A14d, it appears that the time between recruitment attempts is now ~4hours. Which is half the time it was in A12d. In A14 (and A13 of course), the length of a day is double that of A12d, and yet the time between recruitment attempts has halved. So it seems to me that the value of X should have been doubled to match the doubling in the length of a game day. But as far as I can tell, the time between recruitment attempts in A14d is still X ticks, the same as it was in A12d. As such I am wondering if this is an intentional change, or is it a bug and the number of ticks between recruitment attempts wasn't doubled to match the increased day length as it should have been.

So this is either a bug report, or a post seeking confirmation of an intentional change to the time between recruitment attempts. I am not 100% sure the bug section is the bests place for this, but it seemed more appropriate than GD. I have checked the full A14 change log, and while there are several references to recruitment, none of them mention this particular change. I have checked the changes between A12d and A13 listed in the blog posts, but again none of them mention this change (note I have not checked the full A13 change log because I have never seen a link for it, although apologies in advance if there is a link I missed, and that this change is mentioned there).

And finally, please note that I did not play A13 long enough to know how long there was between recruitment attempts in A13. So I do not know if this is an A13 bug/change or one that is new for A14.
