Drag to Re-arrange priority columns

For example the column Fire could be dragged right, so that another task which has been given the same priority level becomes the first in that priority level to be considered.

This would be a great little fiddly bit for the compulsively fidgety. They'll likely go on to manually control their peeps anyway, but that's the fun of sorting out delegation isn't it?

Alternatively we could just add more numbers to the priority list, maybe 1-9 instead of 1-5. This way we can fine tune individual work orders without wholesale telling all colonists that one task is more or less important (because some skill levels may be better suited to one priority over another)

I personally think the current arrangement is well done. One or two more priority numbers wouldn't hurt, but you have to keep it simple enough to not scare away beginners.
There's a mod that "unlocks" numbers 5-9 and splits the current work types up in all subtypes (like haul materials to blueprints, haul materials to construction sites (those two are different), construct building for the construction type)
